Keeper of the Plains Classic

2021 Keeper of the Plains Classic

Schedules are now available on AES (link)

The formats for the Keeper of the Plains tournament will be different this year from previous years. Teams will play a 4 team pool on Saturday and have a challenge match and single elimination playoff on Sunday. This way we can limit the number of people in the facilities and still accommodate a good number of teams in the event.

We will run teams in waves on both days. Morning waves run from 8 am till about 1 pm. The second wave will be from 2 pm till about 5 pm. In the second wave, teams will play 3 matches back-to-back.

We expect that 20 people per team will be allowed into the facilities. This number includes all players and coaches. So if a team has 9 players and 2 coaches, 9 spectators for that team can enter the building. That may change if local rules are tightened.

Divisions and wave:
12’s Division: Morning wave, both days at Farha Andover
13’s Division: Afternoon wave, both days at Wichita Sports Forum, possible one pool in the am.
14’s Division: Morning wave, both days at Wichita Sports Forum
15’s Division: Morning wave, both days at Farha Andover
16’s Division: Morning wave, both days at Farha South
17’s Division: Afternoon wave, both days at the Farha South
18’s Division: Afternoon wave, both days at Farha Andover

All schedules are tentative and can be changed at any time.
