Once you have registered for your online officiating clinics, you go back to them by directly logging in into CourseMill (VRT learning system). DO NOT GO BACK TO WEBPOINT!

Internet Explorer 11
Internet Explorer is not supported for Webpoint or CourseMill at this time.
Suggested unsupported workaround
Change the Compatibility View Settings (click for instructions) to be able to register for the clinics. Other web browsers like Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari etc. do not have this problem.

Internet Explorer 8
For IE8 users, set the Compatibility View Option and respond NO to the question “display only secure content…”

Certificates
You will not need the certificates once you have completed the clinics. You can see confirmation of completion in your Webpoint account under My Information, Registrations. The clubs can see in HOAonline anyone who has completed their clinics.

Problems and Issues
During peak hours, the high volume of traffic can cause slow downs of the system.
We are aware of issues and our Technical Support is working closely with USAV to help resolve these issues.
Please check back for updates.
